Developed for retailers currently using Celerant’s main retail software, Mobile POS Lite makes it easy to process sales outside the retail store, on any iOS device, including smartphones or tablets. Mobile POS Lite is ideal for retailers attending temporary or remote events, such as street fairs, trade shows, sidewalk/tent sales, pop-up shops and more. To simplify your remote events, the app provides your staff with access to only the merchandise offered at the event.
The app is fast and secure; accepts multiple credit card types, along with Smart Wallets (Apple/Google Pay) for ‘contactless’ payment options; and can send receipts by email.
How it works
1. From Celerant’s main point of sale software, select the products or SKUs you want to make available at the remote event
2. Download and configure the app on an iOS smartphone and/or table, and access any of the available products
3. Process sales on any supported mobile, EMV credit card processing device; and email receipts to customers through the app
NOTE: Internet connectivity or Wi-Fi required to configure, process card payments, save sale information and email receipts.
All of the transactions from the remote event will be automatically backed up on the main server; and synced to the main point of sale database.
